At Ō’NOŌK, we pay special attention to your experience. For this reason, all sales are considered final. Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you have the option to modify or cancel it. Simply write to us promptly at: info@onook.com – our team will be happy to assist you.
If, upon delivery, an item arrives damaged or broken, please send us a photo to the same address. We will handle the situation promptly to ensure that your Ō’NOŌK moment remains as serene as it should be.

Our shipping times may vary depending on order volume. During peak periods - such as the holiday season or promotional events - a high volume of orders may lead to a processing time of up to 5 business days before your package is shipped.
Outside of these exceptional periods, we are committed to preparing and shipping your order within 24 to 72 hours.
